Aston Villa and Arsenal are battling for 4th spot in the league so this is a big fixture for both sides. Aston Villa have beaten Arsenal already this year at the emirates so they will be confident they can win at Villa park.

Arsenal are missing a whole load of key men for this Boxing Day clash. Theo Walcott, Eduardo and Thomas Rosicky are still all out, but, more importantly Cesc Fabregas and Emmanuel Adebayor will now also miss the match through injury and suspension respectively.

Aston Villa have some slight injury worries. Formidable centre-backs, Laursen and Cuellar are doubts for the match with Arsenal and their fitness will be checked out at the last minute.
