Aston Villa welcome West Ham to Villa park this afternoon looking for their first Premier League win in eight matches. Aston Villa’s miserable league run of late has seen them lose sight of a Champions League spot and are now battling for fifth place.

West Ham are looking for Europa League qualification themselves and finishing in their current position, 7th, should see them claim it.

Gabriel Agbonlahor is a big doubt for Aston Villa after suffering a hamstring injury last week and will be a big surprise if he is included in the side to face West Ham.

West Ham will be without their main strikers Carlton Cole and Dean Ashton but Radoslav Kovac looks likely to recover from a thigh injury in time to face Villa.
