Birmingham v Everton Premier League Highlights 12th April

By Football Daft at 12 April, 2008, 6:28 am

Birmingham will be going into today’s Premier League match with Everton hoping to ease themselves away from the relegation zone but with Everton chasing for Europe they could be in for a tough time today. Birmingham have only won 2 of their last 14 Premier League games and have not kept a clean sheet in any of the 14. Everton on the other hand have only suffered 2 defeats in their last 13 matches and currently have double the points tally that Birmingham have.

Franck Queudrue and Liam Ridgewell will be available again for Birmingham after suspension but Damien Johnson has just started a three match so he will be out and James McFadden will face a late fitness test to determine his fate.

Mikel Arteta looks doubtful for Everton as he has not trained this week due to muscular pains in his stomach while Steven Pienaar and defender Tony Hibbert are also doubtful and will be assessed before kick off to see if they pass fit or not.
