German giants sniffing around Cobham

The Daily Mail claim the Bundesliga champions are keen to sign the Blues youngster on a free transfer when his contract runs out, which would be a blow to Chelsea in terms of the compensation they would be due. It has been reported that Solanke and his family are looking for a weekly wage in the region of £50,000 to sign a new deal. Chelsea are unwilling to meet those demands for a player who has barely featured in the first team. The Blues could receive a fee around £8m through a tribunal if he ended up joining another English club, as Burnley did when Danny Ings went to Liverpool.
