Newly promoted Burnley have adapted well to Premier League life and their is genuine reason to believe they can beat Aston Villa at Turf Moor this weekend. Home form has seen Burnley lose just one of their six matches so far and Aston Villa will have to be at the top of their game to come away with a result.

After securing their first away point of the season last time out Burnley will be even more confident they have what it takes to go on and beat the likes of Aston Villa from here on in. Reminiscent of Stoke last season i am beginning to get the feeling that Burnley should be favourites to win at home regardless of who they facing, although, simply by implying that i also feel that i may have just jinxed them for the visit of Villa.

Despite the obvious good home form of Burnley and me heaping praise on them, in truth this match will be very difficult for them and Aston Villa will still be favourites among the bookies. Aston Villa have mounted a serious charge towards breaking into the top four and they will be desperate to keep up with the big boys by taking all three points this weekend.

With no fresh injury concerns Owen Coyle has virtually a full squad to choose from, although, the same Burnley side that drew at Man City last time out is expected to take to the field against against Villa.

Aston Villa also have a virtually empty medical room with welcome returns for Emile Heskey and James Collins from injury while Stiliyan Petrov and Habib Beye will also both be available for selection after serving their suspensions.
