Outside of the “top 4″ Everton were the best team last year but Blackburn weren’t far behind them. Both sides haven’t done much in the transfer market this summer though and Blackburn have lost David Bentley to Spurs and their much-loved manager Mark Hughes to Man City.

Blackburn don’t look like they are going to be anywhere near as good this year as they were last year and i think they will struggle against Everton today at Goodison.
