Chelsea may have a slight advantage going to Liverpool for the first leg as we all know that a second leg at home can be crucial in the knockout stages of the Champions League.

Liverpool will be without their midfield anchorman, Javier Mascherano, for the visit of Chelsea tonight due to a suspension.

Chelsea will be praying that star striker Didier Drogba is fit to start but Nicolas Anelka is more than capable of bagging a goal against Liverpool and is a worthy starter for Chelsea.
