Manchester City vs Burnley : Preview.

Mark Hughes and the rest of his Man City side are bound to be secretly rubbing their hands in glee at the prospect of play Burnley at home this Saturday. On the road so far Burnley have lost all five matches and have conceded an incredible 17 goals. While his Man City team have drawn their last four Premier League games they have to be confident of overcoming Burnley here.

Manchester City are likely to welcome Emmanuel Adebayor and Kolo Toure back to the starting line up which is more bad news for Burnley fans i’m afraid. Adebayor is currently Man City’s top goalscorer with four goals in the league so far so that fragile Burnley defence away from home will have to keep an eye on him at all times.

Burnley are expected to field an unchanged side from the one that beat Hull last weekend after no fresh injury problems. Stephen Jordan did suffer an injury in last weeks victory but he is almost certain o start against Manchester City this weekend.

Man City have doubts over the fitness of Santa Cruz and Wayne Bridge, both will face late fitness tests. However there will be no such optimism for Robinho who is apparently still some way off a return to first team action.
