Tommy Burns Tribute

Celtic legend Tommy Burns has died today at the age of just 51. As a Celtic fan i find it hard to put into words just how much Tommy meant to the fans but he was a great man and a great player. Although i never actually knew him personally somehow i felt connected to him as did the rest of the Celtic fans the world over. Tommy was a man of the people, he served the club with incredible loyalty as a player, a manager, a coach and a fan, he was one of us and we will all miss him dearly. The world will be a darker place without Tommy but although the world seems so dark today, the star’s will be brighter tonight. All my thoughts go out to Tommy’s family and everyone who cared for him. May you rest in peace Tommy. You will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
